We are expanding our Business Group and seeking an experienced attorney to join our widely recognized and respected Commercial Real Estate Team in Virginia Beach. This attorney does not need a book of business and will be stepping into a well-run, busy transactional practice!

As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will:

• Represent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations.
• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, purchase, financing, and leasing.
• Assist with community association formation, registration, governance, and compliance for residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums.
• Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations, and covenants.
• Manage others to ensure timely closings and meet milestones.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Virginia.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, real estate, and related areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
